Datuk Haji Mohamed Faroz Bin Mohamed Jakel foray into business began at a very young age under the guidance Allahyarham Mohamed Jakel Ahmad. Within a few short years Datuk Haji Mohamed Faroz expanded the family business into one of Malaysia’s most renowned textile wholesalers and retailers. Datuk Haji Mohamed Faroz is the recipient of numerous awards such as the 1Malaysia Entrepreneur Idol award and has served as a mentor to budding entrepreneurs through collaborations with Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad.
Datuk Haji Mohamed Faroz ventured into the property industry in 2009 by acquiring strategic commercial properties around the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. He then established Jakel Development Sdn Bhd to effectively manage and facilitate the acquisition of more strategic assets. As Jakel Properties began to flourish, Datuk Haji Mohamed Faroz began a tactical acquisition of land for development purposes in order to realise his vision of becoming Malaysia’s preferred property developer. Jakel Development Sdn Bhd was then conceptualised and formed for this purpose in 2014.

Fuad holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Aston University, UK. Being adept at marketing, business development and strategy study, Fuad started building his career in strategic planning and advisor since 2004.
Before relinquishing his position in Khazanah Nasional in 2018 he held the Senior Vice President position and oversaw various special projects and management transformation programme.
Fuad brings with him invaluable experience in strategic plan related fields, such as project management; sales & marketing and advisor matters. He is one of the key members of Jakel’s Executive Committee and with his illustrious career and extensive portfolio, Fuad serves as an important advisor in guiding Jakel Group to realise its vision and mission as one of the best city developer.

Bahrin holds a Master in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, UK.
He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in property development and have worked in several reputable development and finance company such as Gamuda Land, Glomac Berhad, Low Yatt Group and Arab Malaysian Finance Berhad.
Prior to joining Jakel Development Sdn Bhd, Bahrin was the project head of marketing and sales for townships and point-block development project and had involved in several development projects namely Valencia, HighPark Suites, Jade Hills and Madge Mansion. Bahrin has garnered a wealth of experience that encompasses pre and post development project that includes market research, product development, formulation of marketing & sales strategy, branding & communication, leads engagement profiling & customers experience.

Ammar Ghazali holds a Bachelor in Human Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from UITM and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK.
Ammar is a human resources professional with almost 17 years of experience in diverse conglomerates and Goverment-Linked Companies. From Manager, Human Resource for MISC Agencies Sdn Bhd, he progressed as the Senior Manager, HR at Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd before being promoted as Head, Human Resources.
Key highlights of his career include his direct involvement in driving engagement transformation and HR best practices which led to the company being awarded as the 2015 Aon Hewitt Best Employer Award and HR Asia Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2015.
General Manager, Project
Marziana holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Degree in Fire & Safety from Ireland International University, UK and is currently pursuing her Masters of Project Management.
She started her career in 1992, working with various multinational companies managing projects that include HSBC Bank Bukit Bintang in KL, KLSE Building in KL, Securities Commission office in Bukit Kiara, a petrochemical plant in Kerteh, Terengganu and a fertiliser plant in Gurun, Kedah. She has also been involved in Mechanical and Electrical Design for the Ferrari circuit in Abu Dhabi and a silicone plant in Bintulu, Sarawak.
She brings over twenty years of experience in construction project management, dealing with both government and private sectors from Bechtel USA, PT Rekayasa Indonesia, Alstom, Chiyoda to Sato Kogyo.

Khadijah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona, United States of America. She then continued in a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development, majoring in Tourism Development and Transportation from George Washington University in Washington, DC, United States of America.
She began her career as a Consultant with KP&G Peat Marwick (UK) in the Business and Investment unit in 1990. In 1992, she joined two Government-Linked Companies (PERNAS and DRB-HICOM) as Senior Manager. From 2006 till 2009, she was assigned to West Africa as Country Manager to undertake business development and project management within the region. From 2009 until 2011, she was assigned to another overseas project in Bali to undertake an investment analysis for a resort takeover.
