Jakel Group joints venture together with Platinum Victory to launch a new project in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The strategic joint venture between Jakel Group and Platinum Victory has been agreed to develop a property project located in Kuala Lumpur where the development of the project will involve a 9.2-acre project site in Setapak with a concept of housing and mixed-developments.
Through this strategic joint venture, Jakel Group and Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd will launch a flagship mixed-development project, the J.Satine project. With a gross development value of RM1.25 billion, the J.Satine project is located in the heart of the bustling Setapak township. The J.Satine project is an integrated development comprising of 4,303 residential and commercial units which is divided into three (3) development components including 3,600 units of Regional Affordable Housing, 661 SOHO units and 42 commercial units. It will display an interesting development concept that is in line with the surrounding and ambiance that provides a perfect, comfortable and harmonious lifestyle.
